Professional training

CNCIR organizes a wide range of professional training activities, aimed at those who wish to acquire and deepen the professional competences necessary for the development of a successful career.

We offer qualification and specialization courses that are distinguished by interactive methods and modern means of transmitting knowledge, based on debates, examples, case studies. At the end of the courses, participants will receive certificates of qualification or graduation confirming the skills acquired.

The courses are organized at the headquarters of the 17 places of business belonging to the regional branches throughout the country, as well as at the headquarters of our partners – on request. The files with the documents necessary to participate in the course are submitted to the approved CNCIR offices. CNCIR will confirm registration for the course by phone / e-mail / fax.

Payment will be made by PO, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the FISCAL INVOICE by:

– cash within 5 days (for individuals): at CNCIR headquarters
– payment order to CNCIR SA (for legal entities):

Training programs for RSVTI operators, organized in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 130/2011 for the approval of the Methodology on the authorization of the operator responsible for the technical supervision of the installations/equipment in the field of ISCIR-operator RSVTI, with the subsequent amendments and completions:

Training programs for specialized technical staff organized in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 165/2011, issued by the Chief State Inspector of ISCIR for the approval of the Methodology on the attestation of the specialized technical personnel in the ISCIR field.

Qualification and specialization courses, organized in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance 129/2000, republished, regarding the professional training of adults. The organization of these courses complies with the provisions of the technical prescription PT CR 8-2009 “Authorization of the service personnel of the installations/equipment and acceptance of the auxiliary service personnel”:

Training sessions in order to extend the validity of the authorization and to obtain the annual visa coupon

CNCIR SA organizes 8-hour training courses for the following occupations regulated by ISCIR, organized in accordance with the provisions of the technical prescription PT CR 8-2009 “Authorisation of plant/equipment servicing personnel and acceptance of auxiliary servicing personnel”:

TRAINING SESSIONS for obtaining the annual visa coupon that accompanies the authorization issued by ISCIR, organized in accordance with the provisions of the technical prescription PT CR-8/2009.
The training sessions are organized for the following occupations:
  • Crane operator – A-D groups
  • Overhead crane operator – authorized as a group E crane
  • Forklift operator
  • Lift operator
  • Stoker for steam and hot boiling boilers – authorized as a class A stoker
  • Stoker for hot water boilers and low-pressure steam boiler – authorized as a class C stoker
  • LPG container filling operator
  • Pressure liquid filler
  • Laboratory operator of thermal power plants
  • Funicular operator
  • Automation operator for boiler supervision and maintenance


Course duration: 8 hours
Access conditions: persons holding an authorization issued by ISCIR.

Course price: The price includes the fee charged by ISCIR for issuing coupons for annual visas that accompany the authorizations, amounting to Lei 150, according to the provisions of PT CR 1/2018.

Location: CNCIR Bucharest headquarters, Str. Ocna Sibiului nr. 46-48, sector 1 / CNCIR premises/applicant’s premises

Documents required for registration:



• Application form (individual)
• Order form • Copy of identity document
• Declaration regarding the processing of personal data
• Copy of authorization


* The registration file is sent by e-mail, mail or submit directly to the Registry office of the approved CNCIR premises.

At the end of the training session, the organizer issues to the participants:
– the document attesting the participation in the training session;
– the annual visa coupon, based on a report, according to the model in
Annex 8 of PT CR 8/2009.
