Laboratory examination

CNCIR through the Destructive and non-destructive testing laboratory (DNTL), having compartments in: Bucharest, Ploiesti, Brasov, Craiova, Constanta, Pitesti and Bacau, has accreditations/authorizations for performing examination and testing services.
RENAR accreditation (certificate no. LI 952 / 28.09.2018) – according to SR EN ISO 17025:2018, for the following methods:
  • Visual examination of welding – VT;
  • Examination with penetrating liquids of welds and metallic and non-metallic materials – PT;
  • Magnetic particle inspection of welds and ferromagnetic materials – MT; /li>
  • Ultrasonic examination of welds (s), forgings (f), laminates (l) and pipes (tv) – UT (f, l, tv);
  • Ultrasonic examination of welds (s), sheets (t) and thickness measurement – UT (s, t, g);
  • Ultrasonic examination of welds (s) with base material thickness 6 ÷ 8 mm- UT (s);
  • Magneto-inductive rope testing – MRT;
  • Mechanical tests – IM, hardness test;
  • Determination of chemical composition by spectral analysis in optical emission – AC;
ISCIR authorization – according to the technical prescription ISCIR CR6: 2013 for the following methods:

  • CNCIR holds the ISCIR agreement for IM- mechanical tests (hardness test) and AC- determination of the chemical composition by spectral analysis in optical emission.

  • The laboratory staff is authorized ISCIR level 3 and level 2, according to the technical prescription ISCIR CR6: 2013 for the methods VT, PT, MT, UT (f, l, tv), UT (s, t, g), Uts (6 ÷ 8 mm), MRT.

  • At the same time, the laboratory staff is certified level 3 and level 2, according to SR EN ISO 9712:2013 for UT, MT, PT, VT methods.
