CNCIR is the only company in Romania that is a member of the TIC Council (Testing, Inspection and Certification Council). The vision of TIC Council is to be recognized, to inspire worldwide confidence as the voice of the independent testing, inspection and certification industry, and to represent best practices and the highest standards of safety, quality, health, ethics, and sustainability.

As a member of the TIC Council, we are dedicated to the highest standards of ethics and integrity and assume the application of the TIC Council Code of Compliance based on seven principles: Integrity, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality and Data Protection, Anti-bribery, Fair Business Conduct, Health and Safety, Fair Labour.

Within CNCIR S.A., the Compliance officer:
  • has the responsibility and authority to coordinate the implementation and monitor compliance with the CNCIR S.A. Compliance Programme
  • represents internally and externally the values presented in the CNCIR S.A. Compliance Programme, values that are the basis of the organization’s culture;
  • manages the Internal Support Line, providing help, clarifications or information regarding the implementation or interpretation of the CNCIR S.A. Compliance Programme;
  • records all reported notifications – violations or possible violations of the CNCIR S.A. Compliance Programme, according to the Policy on the processing of personal data within CNCIR S.A.;
