TIC Council Principles
- Integrity
TIC Council members are expected to operate professionally, independently, and impartially, conducting work honestly and adhering to established methods and procedures. - Conflict of Interest
TIC Council members must avoid situations where their financial or commercial interests could compromise their impartiality or create conflicts between different parts of their organization. - Confidentiality and Data Protection
Maintaining the confidentiality of client information and implementing robust data protection processes are crucial aspects of the TIC Council’s principles. - Anti-bribery
The offer or acceptance of bribes in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes preventing the use of any means to provide or receive improper benefits. - Fair Business Conduct
TIC Council members must ensure fair and transparent business practices in all their dealings. - Health and Safety
Minimizing health and safety risks in the workplace, monitoring incidents, and implementing corrective measures are essential for maintaining a safe working environment. - Fair Labor
Fair working conditions for all employees is a fundamental principle. TIC Council members must be aware of their responsibility for their employees, communities, and the environments in which they operate and must respect human rights.
Within CNCIR S.A., the Compliance officer:
- has the responsibility and authority to coordinate the implementation and monitor compliance with the CNCIR S.A. Compliance Programme
- represents internally and externally the values presented in the CNCIR S.A. Compliance Programme, values that are the basis of the organization’s culture;
- manages the Internal Support Line, providing help, clarifications or information regarding the implementation or interpretation of the CNCIR S.A. Compliance Programme;
- records all reported notifications – violations or possible violations of the CNCIR S.A. Compliance Programme, according to the Policy on the processing of personal data within CNCIR S.A.;
